The German Embassy Suva cannot process any visa applications. You can apply for a visa for Germany at the Visa Application Center in Suva by Service provider VFS Global or at the German Embassy Wellington, New Zealand.
Postal Schengen visa applications at the German Embassy Wellington are possible if you have already had a Schengen Visa in the last 5 years (cash payment only).
